About the role
As a Cloud Engineer III, you will serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft 365-related incidents, problems, and service requests. We will count on you to analyze, diagnose, and resolve critical issues impacting the availability and performance of Microsoft 365 services. Along the way, you will get to:
- Design and implement advanced configurations in Microsoft Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments and advanced mail flow scenarios.
- Perform mailbox migrations and implement high-availability solutions.
- Lead the resolution of complex issues related to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, including data governance, compliance, and custom solutions.
- Provide guidance on optimal SharePoint architecture and document management strategies.
- Architect and optimize Microsoft Teams environments for large-scale collaboration and communication.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex audio/video conferencing and integration issues in Teams.
- Architect and implement advanced identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory Premium features.
- Provide expertise in Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Azure AD Connect configurations.
- Design, implement, and manage advanced security measures within Microsoft 365, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and Azure Information Protection.
- Lead security incident response activities and investigations.
- Design and implement complex Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies for a diverse range of devices.
- Lead initiatives to optimize device connectivity, security, and compliance.
- Develop and implement advanced automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
