------ Role Overview: This is a senior technical role within the 'Endpoint Protection Engineering team', responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a highly available, secure, and scalable endpoint protection infrastructure based on the 'Trellix Endpoint Security Suite' (formerly McAfee) and other security products supported as part of team portfolio. This position combines engineering expertise, service ownership, and strategic technical leadership. The incumbent will lead infrastructure design, Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new products or releases, policy definition through data-driven testing, and cross-functional collaboration with cybersecurity, operations, and IT service management teams.

--- Key Responsibilities: 1. Infrastructure Design & Architecture - Design, build, and maintain the security product infrastructure including database servers, Agent Handlers, and load balancing mechanisms for Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)



and other security products supported as part of team portfolio. - Define and document high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations to ensure service continuity across data centers. - Architect endpoint protection deployment strategies for large enterprise environments across global regions and multiple domains. - Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and platform teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with enterprise security standards. 2.
