We are looking for a passionate, confident, and empathetic Soft Skills Trainer Student Engagement Manager to help students develop essential communication, personality, and career readiness skills. Roles Responsibilities:

Soft Skills Personality Development Training
- Conduct engaging sessions on soft skills, personality development, behavioral skills, and professional etiquette.
- Deliver English speaking, communication, presentation, and public speaking training.
- Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, aptitude discussions, and workplace readiness.
- Help students improve confidence, leadership qualities, and professional behavior.





Student Engagement Program Management
- Conduct batch orientation sessions for newly enrolled students.
- Anchor and manage online and offline seminars, workshops, webinars, and student events.
- Build a positive, motivating, and interactive classroom workplace.
- Ensure excellent student engagement throughout the learning journey.

Training Quality Management
- Monitor and review training sessions conducted by technical trainers.
- Conduct regular quality audits and provide constructive feedback.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
- Ensure training delivery aligns with company quality standards.

Student Mentoring Career Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students requiring academic or personal guidance.
- Provide career counselling, motivation, and confidence-building support.
- Help improve student satisfaction, retention, and learning outcomes.
