Techno-Functional Consultant
with robust expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, integration, and support across enterprise applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient ERP solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

· Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, customization, upgrade, and support initiatives.

· Configure ERP modules based on business requirements and organizational best practices.

· Design, develop,



and support integrations between ERP systems and third-party enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations.

· Collaborate with business users, Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

· Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements through ERP capabilities.

· Develop functional design documents, technical specifications, process flows, and user documentation.

· Coordinate data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during ERP implementations and upgrades.

· Support system integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, and post-go-live support.

· Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

· Ensure ERP solutions comply with security, governance, audit, and organizational standards.
