Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telugu Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, explain our services, generate leads, and schedule customer visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Telecallers typically handle outbound and/or inbound calls, maintain customer records, and follow up with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's products and services in Telugu.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
- Any Degree.




- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive listening and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
