Role Description
The Human Resources Head is responsible for leading the HR function at DenRoot Realty, ensuring that people practices support business growth and a positive workplace culture. This full-time, in office role, based in Kanpur, involves overseeing recruitment and onboarding,



designing performance management systems, and managing employee engagement and retention initiatives. The Human Resources Head will develop and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits strategies, and learning and development programs aligned with organizational objectives. The role also includes handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and advising leadership on workforce planning and organizational design. Collaboration with department heads to forecast staffing needs, drive culture-building initiatives, and support change management is integral to this position.
