This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing rescue missions while ensuring the safety and well-being of both animals and rescue team members.
Rescue Operation Planning
- Develop comprehensive plans for rescue operations based on specific needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure alignment and support for rescue efforts.
Emergency Response
- Respond promptly to animal rescue and distress calls, dispatching the ambulance as needed.
- Prioritize urgent situations and coordinate ambulance services accordingly.
Ambulance Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling of ambulance services for the release of recovered pets.
- Ensure timely and productive transport of animals to their destinations.
Follow-up and Resolution
- Follow up on unresolved rescue cases,



providing necessary assistance until satisfactorily resolved.
- Close cases once resolved and ensure proper documentation.
Community Engagement
- Solicit Google reviews from individuals involved in rescue operations, fostering positive feedback and community engagement.
Resource Mobilization
- Identify and mobilize necessary resources for successful rescue missions.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to procure required resources in a timely manner.
Team Coordination
- Lead and coordinate rescue teams, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks to ensure staffing requirements and obligations are maintained, including approving timesheets, monitoring call queues, and managing work breaks.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct thorough risk assessments before each rescue operation.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of rescue teams and individual
