Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for real estate projects, including material sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and cost management.
- Oversee EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) processes from tendering to project completion.
- Develop solid relationships with suppliers and vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices by managing inventory levels and supply chain logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
