About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Email Marketing and Appointment Setting Specialist to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing cold email campaigns that generate qualified leads, positive responses and booked appointments.

This is not a basic email marketing role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete B2B outreach process, including lead sourcing, audience segmentation, campaign strategy, email copywriting, deliverability, testing, optimisation and performance tracking.

You will be responsible for taking ownership of campaigns and ensuring that outreach activity results in relevant, high-quality sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage B2B cold email outreach campaigns
- Write engaging, personalised email copy designed to generate responses and booked appointments
- Build, clean,



segment and manage targeted lead lists
- Create and manage email sequences, follow-ups and appointment-setting workflows
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, reply rates, positive responses, booked calls and conversion rates
- Test and optimise subject lines, messaging, offers, calls to action, audiences and follow-up sequences
- Improve campaign performance through ongoing analysis and data-led decision-making
- Manage email deliverability, domain health, inbox placement and sender reputation
- Monitor and reduce spam issues, bounce rates and deliverability risks
- Track leads, replies, follow-ups and booked appointments accurately
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure appointments are relevant and properly qualified
- Use CRM, cold email and lead generation platforms to manage outreach effectively
