About Us

Narendra and Sons is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries)
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and party accounts
- Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
- Maintain and update MIS reports, expense sheets, and financial data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
- Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports
- Coordinate with auditors during internal/external audits
- Manage petty cash and daily cash flow records
- Ensure timely payment of bills and vendor dues





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation)
- Positive understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS
- Attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar accounting role
- Knowledge of income tax filing procedures
- Experience with other accounting software is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
