About the Role

The Factory HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, attendance, contract labour administration, employee engagement, and coordination with production teams. The role acts as a bridge between employees and management while maintaining discipline and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction for factory employees.
- Complete joining formalities, documentation, and employee file management.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Issue employment-related letters including appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning,



and experience letters.

2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance through biometric systems.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
- Generate daily and monthly attendance reports.
- Support payroll by validating attendance and overtime records.

3. Payroll Support
- Verify attendance, overtime, shift allowance, incentives, and leave data.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Address employee salary and attendance-related queries.

4. Contract Labour Management
- Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower deployment.
- Verify contractor attendance and statutory compliance.
- Ensure contractor documentation is updated.
- Monitor contract labour strength and utilization.
