✅ Must-Have Skills
• 6+ years of Software Engineering and Architecture experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python
• Technical leadership or Engineering Management experience
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and up-to-date CI/CD ecosystems
• Strong understanding of Secure Software Development practices
• Experience performing Secure Code Reviews
• Experience designing scalable and secure system architectures
• Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical direction
• Excellent communication skills with Upper-Intermediate English
