Our core crops include tomatoes, cucumbers, leafy greens and seasonal vegetables grown through protected cultivation and open-field production. As we scale, we're looking for a Farm Production Manager who can take complete ownership of production and help us build world-class farm operations.

Role Overview

The Farm Production Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and continuously improving all farm production activities.

This is a planning + management role requiring both technical expertise and operational excellence. You will work closely with the founders to ensure consistent quality and efficient production.

Key ResponsibilitiesCrop Planning & Production




- Prepare annual and seasonal crop plans
- Manage crop calendars for tomatoes, cucumbers and seasonal vegetables
- Ensure optimum crop rotation and production planning

Farm Operations
- Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
- Monitor crop health and diagnose nutrient, pest and disease issues
- Ensure all SOPs are followed consistently

Team Management
- Lead and supervise farm supervisors
- Train farm staff on best practices

Production & Quality
- Monitor yields and productivity
- Ensure high-quality harvesting, grading and post-harvest handling
- Minimise losses and improve farm efficiency
- Maintain production records and inventory

Data & Reporting
- Maintain farm production records
- Provide weekly production reports and improvement plans

Qualifications
- B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Sc. Horticulture
- M.Sc. Agriculture or Horticulture is an advantage
