Merchant Lending
vertical and is responsible for driving merchant loan and merchant cash advance businesses across India. The team plays a key role in enabling merchant growth through financial inclusion and credit accessibility.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-oriented
Process Trainer
to support the Merchant Lending business.



The role involves designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, building scalable capability programs, and driving learning effectiveness across the Lending Merchant ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex domain knowledge into impactful learning content and training interventions. The role will also focus on digitization of learning content and strengthening capability-building initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Partnership & Capability Building
- Act as the Learning Partner for the Merchant Lending business, demonstrating robust domain understanding.
- Build and strengthen the Lending Merchant Training function focused on capability development, SOP effectiveness, and learning engagement.
- Identify business capability gaps and design behavioral and functional training interventions.
