Job Summary

Skyfer Logistic is seeking an AI Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing, maintaining, and improving AI-powered applications, CargoWise automations, system integrations, workflow automations, and internal business tools.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions across freight operations, pricing, customer service, documentation, finance, and management reporting.

This is a hands-on position for someone with practical experience in AI technologies, software development, system integration, and business-process automation.



Familiarity with CargoWise or freight-forwarding operations is preferred, and training can be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications and workflow automations.
- Build, maintain, and improve CargoWise workflows, configurations, reports, integrations, and operational automations.
- Automate processes involving shipments, freight inquiries, quotations, pricing, documentation, customer communication, and internal approvals.
- Integrate CargoWise with other applications using APIs, webhooks, databases, middleware, and external services.
- Develop automation solutions using Python and suitable workflow or cloud platforms.
- Integrate large language models and generative AI into business processes using prompts, structured outputs, document retrieval, tool calling, and validation controls.
- Build solutions to process emails, shipment instructions, invoices, packing list
