Role Description
The Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in India, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. Daily activities include preparing quotations and sales proposals, coordinating order processing,



maintaining accurate customer and sales records, and following up on inquiries and leads. The role involves scheduling meetings, assisting with internal and external communications, and collaborating with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator also helps track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications
- Strong sales support and coordination abilities, including experience with order processing, documentation, and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation or technical products (HMI, PLC, Servo, IIoT, inverters) or willingness to learn quickly in a technical environment.
