Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to help travelers plan their dream vacations. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel packages, converting inquiries into bookings, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and travel expectations.
- Recommend and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
