Position: Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst, responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, payroll, MIS reporting, budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, cash flow management, and financial planning. The role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provides strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Payroll Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Review payroll inputs, statutory deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, and other statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with the HR team for payroll-related activities and employee compensation matters.

MIS & Financial Analysis
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial performance, profitability, costs, and operational KPIs.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Monitor budget utilization and control operating expenses.
- Prepare financial models and business projections.
- Support management with strategic financial planning and investment decisions.

Revenue & Project Finance
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Manage client billing, revenue recognition, and contract financial compliance.
