Mandatory Skills
- Robust experience as a Business Analyst in the
Life Insurance and Annuity domain
- In-depth understanding of
Annuity products
, policy administration, retirement income products, payouts, and servicing processes
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, BRD, FRD, and use cases
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and requirement traceability

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support system implementation, enhancements,



and integration projects related to annuity products.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and business rules documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and UAT sessions.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide domain expertise on annuity and retirement products.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Life Insurance and Annuity administration platforms.
- Knowledge of policy issuance, servicing, payout, claims, and retirement solutions.
- Exposure to SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with US Insurance clients.

Domain Requirement
