Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of marine machinery and equipment.
- Ensure vessels comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for vessel operations.
- Coordinate with vessel crews, shipyards, and service providers.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering.
- Relevant sailing and shore-based experience.
- Solid technical knowledge of marine machinery and vessel operations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
