We at MEIL are looking for Project Manager for Underground Cavern Project

Location: Udupi, Karnataka

Education: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: 20+ Years (must have executed at least two tunnel projects in the capacity of project incharge)

Note: NATM Tunnelling/Cavern projects Experience is preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and supervise all tunnel and cavern construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and statutory authorities for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedule, budget, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project.
- Manage construction activities including NATM, drill-and-blast, rock support, shotcrete,



waterproofing, and lining works.
- Review engineering drawings, construction methodologies, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead project teams, monitor contractor performance, and resolve site-related challenges.
- Prepare progress reports, conduct review meetings, and maintain project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure successful project delivery while meeting contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements.
