Position: HR Recruitment Intern

Location: Kolkata (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and qualified networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Requirements:




- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
