We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Trainee to join our growing eCommerce team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, product cataloging, marketplace advertising, reporting, and eCommerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other online channels.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital commerce, online marketplaces, analytics, and brand growth.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist in managing product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
2. Support catalog creation, product uploads, content optimization, and inventory updates.
3. Monitor product performance, pricing, stock availability, and marketplace compliance.
4. Assist in marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
5. Coordinate with design and content teams for banners, creatives, and product content.
6.



Track sales, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using reports and dashboards.
7. Conduct competitor analysis and marketplace research.
8. Support order management, customer query tracking, and operational coordination.
9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Basic understanding of eCommerce and online marketplaces.
2. Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Eagerness to learn digital marketing and eCommerce operations.
7. Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.
8. Internship experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations will be an advantage.
