Job Description
Report Generation:
- Develop customized/ad-hoc reports based on executive and stakeholder requests.
- Translate business questions into actionable data queries and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
Data Processing & Analysis:
- Understand the outsourcing data objects and data sources
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and key performance indicators.
- [Preference] Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques as appropriate to uncover insights.
Insight Extraction & Communication:
- Proactively identify and articulate key insights derived from data analysis.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive consumption – supported by BSM team
- Create executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations to highlight critical information.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with BGSW/BSM to understand their information needs and refine reporting requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data availability and analytical possibilities.
