Assisiting partners in building and developing the CIT Taxtax practice
Attaining specialized knowledge in the CIT Tax industry segments and assisting senior management in the business development effort on such industries including generation of business for other service lines other then Tax
Independently managing the various client projects / assignments including resource allocation and client billings.




Responsible for achieving targeted net firm revenue and proactively undertake business development
Active involvement in project management - from understanding the client needs up to delivering the end product to the client
Assisting partners in developing the CIT Tax tax team including hiring / resource planning and managing the team s performance
Contributing to newspaper articles, knowledge management presentations etc. in respect of the above subjects
People development imparting training and coaching them on the job
Ability to work across lines of services and provide holistic service offerings to client needs
Building positive rapport and working relationship with key client contacts
Lead the management in risk compliance, internal reporting and client administration
Ensuring 100% compliance with firms internal risk manangement policies and client administration
Proactively volunteer to take up / lead practice related initiatives viz; technical training
