Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of electronic components components including semiconductors, passive components, connectors, ICs, sensors, relays, switches, displays, and electromechanical parts, PCBs, wire harnesses, cables, connectors, and other EMS materials mostly through imports.
- Source materials from domestic and international suppliers to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Develop and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Handle import procurement, shipment coordination, and supplier follow-ups.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams for material planning and recent product introductions.
- Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain purchase orders, procurement records, and MIS reports in the ERP system.




- Ensure timely availability of materials while optimizing inventory levels.

Required Experience & Skills
- 8–15 years of procurement experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCB Assembly, or the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in sourcing electronic components, PCBs, wire harnesses, and electromechanical parts.
- Hands-on experience in import procurement and international sourcing.
- Proven expertise in vendor development, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization.
- Experience in RFQ management, BOM costing, and supplier selection.
- Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
