Role Description
The Lean Manufacturing Consultant will work on-site in Bhilwara in a full time capacity, partnering with client teams to design and implement lean initiatives across manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic studies on shop-floor processes, mapping value streams, analyzing data to identify waste and bottlenecks, and facilitating workshops on lean tools and best practices. The consultant will develop and roll out standardized processes, visual management systems, and performance dashboards to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cost efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to drive problem-solving, implement improvement charters, and sustain gains through governance routines and coaching.
