Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Clinical Research Coordinators. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in clinical research while working alongside experienced professionals in a agile and learning-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support clinical research studies in accordance with protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Assist in participant recruitment, scheduling, and follow-up visits.
Maintain accurate study documentation and regulatory files.
Ensure data collection is complete, accurate, and timely.
Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and study teams.
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Assist with ethics committee submissions and regulatory documentation.
Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related healthcare field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of clinical research concepts is preferred.
Clinical Research certification is an added advantage.
Required Skills
