Senior Technical Support Engineers
Qualifications
- Resolve technical issues from support tickets, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Analyze platform gaps and bugs, collaborating with engineering and QA.
- Document technical resolutions and create knowledge base content.
- Manage SLAs while handling multiple priorities and client escalations.
- Timely and effective issue resolution with root cause analysis.
- Technical documentation for repeated issues and resolutions.
- Internal feedback loop to support product and process improvement.
- Enhanced customer satisfaction through technical troubleshooting and education.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a rapid-paced setting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
