We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant
with strong expertise in
Oracle Fusion Global Payroll
and
GCC Payroll implementations
across
UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar
.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Global Payroll.
- Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, payroll definitions, Fast Formulas, and payroll flows.
- Implement and support GCC payroll configurations for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, gratuity calculations, and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.
- Execute payroll testing, parallel runs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Support integrations with Oracle Fusion Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Finance modules.




- Prepare functional documentation and provide post-go-live production support.

Mandatory Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience
in Oracle HCM Payroll.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Global Payroll implementation.
- Strong expertise in GCC Payroll configuration for UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
- Positive understanding of GCC labor laws, statutory compliance, gratuity, and WPS.
- Experience in payroll configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and payroll integrations.
- Oracle HCM Certification is preferred.
- Prior consulting or large enterprise implementation experience is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
