About the Role

Bugtreat Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven SEO Executive (Fresher) to join our growing digital team in Madurai. You will work closely with our developers, designers, and content creators to optimize our web assets, improve keyword rankings, and drive organic traffic that builds high-quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Keyword Research & Analysis: Learn to identify and target strategic keywords to improve web visibility and search performance.
- On-Page Optimization: Assist in optimizing website titles, meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking to align with SEO best practices.
- Off-Page & Link Building: Support white-hat link-building campaigns, directory submissions, and outreach initiatives to boost domain authority.
- Content Integration: Collaborate with content writers to ensure blogs, landing pages,



and website copy are naturally optimized for target audiences and search engines.
- Technical SEO Audits: Help monitor crawl errors, site speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexing issues using core search tools.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions using analytics platforms, assisting in preparing weekly or monthly performance insights.
- Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging Google algorithm updates, search console functionalities, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core SEO Knowledge: A solid conceptual understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO basics.
- Familiarity with Analytics Tools: Basic exposure or hands-on familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, numbers, and Excel/Google Sheets to interpret traffic trends.
