White Prism is a Gurugram-based BTL and influencer marketing agency with close to a decade of experience across healthcare, education, real estate, and residential branding. We're expanding our influencer marketing vertical and looking for driven sales talent to help us grow client partnerships and campaign revenue.

Role Overview

We're hiring for our Influencer Marketing Sales team. You'll be responsible for identifying brand/client opportunities, pitching influencer marketing solutions, and closing deals that connect brands with the right creators and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients for influencer marketing campaigns
- Pitch and present influencer marketing solutions to brands across categories (healthcare, real estate, education, D2C, etc.)
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Coordinate with the influencer/talent team to align client requirements with creator packages
- Negotiate rates and close deals, meeting monthly sales targets




- Maintain client relationships and identify upsell/renewal opportunities
- Track leads, pitches, and conversions using CRM/Excel

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (freshers with strong communication skills welcome)
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube), and digital trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Confident, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Bachelor's degree in any stream (Marketing/Mass Comm preferred but not mandatory)
- Based in or willing to commute to Sector 70, Gurugram
