Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and student-centric
Learning & Development Specialists
who can inspire, engage, and transform students into industry-ready professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning experiences focused on communication, employability, professional skills, and placement readiness while creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment.

At CAMM, we provide comprehensive training content, session plans, learning resources, and continuous academic support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities




- Deliver engaging classroom and online learning sessions.
- Facilitate workshops on communication skills, business communication, presentation skills, public speaking, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, emotional intelligence, leadership, teamwork, time management, critical thinking, and professional behaviour.
- Conduct placement readiness sessions covering resume building, group discussions, personal interviews, HR interviews, aptitude orientation, and corporate expectations.
- Design and facilitate experiential learning through role plays, simulations, business games, activities, and case discussions.
- Mentor students to enhance their confidence, communication, employability, and career readiness.
- Assess student progress through presentations, assignments, mock interviews, and structured feedback.
- Customize learning programs based on institutional and client requirements.
- Maintain attendance, assessments
