Qualifications
- CargoWise and logistics systems expertise, including configuration, workflow design, and user support within freight forwarding, transport, and supply chain environments.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills for process mapping, requirements gathering, data validation, and system troubleshooting.
- Experience with integrations, ERP or TMS platforms, and familiarity with data structures, reporting, and basic database concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, train end users, and document procedures clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations; consulting or analyst background is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), CRM or ERP systems, and exposure to integration projects is a plus.
