Role Description

As a
Telesales Specialist
, you will join our dynamic team in Kolkata, engaging prospective and existing clients over the phone and digital channels to promote our comprehensive property management and real estate services. You will act as the voice of our company, converting leads into active customers while ensuring a skilled and high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion:




Make outbound calls and efficiently handle inbound inquiries to present service offerings clearly and close sales.
- Pipeline Management:
Maintain precise and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM tools and follow up with prospects diligently.
- Client Support:
Provide baseline customer support, answer queries, share information on new services or promotions, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
Support the sales pipeline with timely updates, participate in regular team meetings, and submit progress reports.
- Continuous Improvement:
Achieve individual and team targets while actively participating in sales and product training to sharpen your skills.

Qualifications
- Proven Sales Capability:
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing with strong lead qualification, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent Communication:
Strong verbal English and proficiency in
