Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to oversee inventory control activities, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock audits, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses.
- Record, track, and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP/WMS system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock.
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor slow-moving, excess,



and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic reporting).
- Knowledge of inventory control methods, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
