Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of FFS machines.
- Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation and optimum performance of production machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts inventory.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Proper machine handling and basic preventive maintenance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Hands-on experience with Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
