Role Description
The Product Manager – Consumer Mobile App will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Amendss’s consumer-facing mobile experience, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with the company’s relationship-focused mission. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves owning the product roadmap,



defining feature requirements, and collaborating closely with design, engineering, content, and psychology experts to deliver impactful solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user behavior and feedback, prioritizing initiatives, writing clear product specifications, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and at high quality. The Product Manager will work with data and user research to optimize user journeys, activation, retention, and satisfaction, and will monitor performance metrics to guide continuous improvement. The role also includes stakeholder alignment, risk management, and ensuring a consistent, ethical, and empathetic user experience across the mobile app.

Qualifications
