Role Overview

As a Counsellor at our new Kharadi centre, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents. You will play a key role in helping students understand MAAC's courses, career pathways in animation and VFX, and guide them toward making informed enrolment decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a current centre's growth story from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries from prospective students and parents with professionalism and empathy.
- Explain MAAC's course structure, curriculum, fee plans, career opportunities, and industry tie-ups clearly and persuasively.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by achieving assigned monthly/quarterly enrolment targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings; maintain an updated pipeline in the CRM/enquiry register.




- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead-generation activities such as school/college seminars, open houses, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
- Organize and participate in demo classes, orientation sessions, and career guidance workshops for prospective students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and daily/weekly counselling reports for management review.
- Stay updated on MAAC's course offerings, industry trends in animation/VFX/gaming, and competitor activity in the Pune market.
- Support the centre in achieving overall enrolment and revenue targets, especially critical during the initial ramp-up phase of a new centre.

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with a background in education counselling, sales, or marketing).
