is looking for an experienced
Program Manager-TAG
to lead one of our largest workforce programs for a global client. This role is responsible for the
end-to-end planning, execution, hiring, onboarding, and operational management of thousands of freelancers
working on AI and Data projects.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing
high-volume hiring (1,000–5,000+ resources), recruitment operations, onboarding, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and delivery operations
. This is a highly execution-focused leadership role requiring speed, ownership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale freelancer hiring programs.
- Plan and execute hiring campaigns to onboard
3,000–5,000+ freelancers
within defined timelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referral programs, campuses, and partner networks.
- Lead recruitment teams to ensure hiring targets and SLAs are consistently achieved.
- Oversee the complete onboarding process, including documentation, compliance,
contracts, account activation, and training coordination.
- Build scalable hiring and onboarding processes to support rapid growth.
- Coordinate with clients, internal recruitment teams, HR, finance, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor daily hiring numbers, onboarding funnel, productivity, quality, and attrition.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, hiring forecasts, and executive reports.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed and efficiency.
- Handle client governance meetings, escalations, and delivery reviews.
- Build, mentor, and manage recruitment coordinators, operations teams, and project support staff.
Desired Experience
- 6–10 years
of experience in Program Management, Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, RPO, Staffing, or BPO Operations.
- Proven experience leading
high-volume hiring programs (1,000+ hires)
