Role Description:
The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Growthkul™, with a focus on corporate video production, creative design,



and brand communication services. This full-time, remote role involves researching target markets, generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The specialist will collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to understand client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to closure. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and industry analysis, managing a pipeline in CRM tools, organizing virtual meetings and presentations, and providing timely follow-ups and customer service. The role also includes gathering client feedback and market insights to help refine service offerings and support the company’s growth strategy.
