Role Description
The AI Operations Strategist internship is a remote role focused on helping optimize and scale TickoraDesk’s AI-driven support workflows. Interns will analyze support data and user behavior to identify opportunities where AI automation can improve ticket resolution, lead routing, and team efficiency.



They will assist in designing and documenting operational playbooks, supporting the implementation and refinement of AI models in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Day-to-day activities include monitoring performance metrics, preparing insights reports, conducting competitive research on AI support tools, and contributing ideas to enhance customer journeys. Interns will also support cross-functional projects that align AI capabilities with business goals and customer success outcomes.

Qualifications
