Role Description
The Senior Program Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing counseling operations, program delivery, and student support at Degree Drishti’s Noida office.



This is a full time, on-site role that includes coordinating with counselors to ensure high-quality guidance, monitoring student inquiries and conversions, and maintaining accurate records of admissions and program progress. The person in this role will design and refine processes for comparing universities and programs, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with management to improve the student experience. Day-to-day tasks include leading team huddles, tracking performance metrics, resolving student escalations, preparing reports, and supporting marketing and outreach activities related to online and distance education programs. The Senior Program Executive will also contribute to training new team members and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
