Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and stakeholder management. This role requires working closely with business leaders, data engineers, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI.
- Build and optimize complex data models using star and snowflake schema methodologies.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and data transformations.




- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained across reporting platforms.
- Optimize report performance, scalability, and usability.
- Establish BI development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and lead a team of Power BI developers and analysts.
- Support executive leadership with ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and business insights.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Power Query (
