**Position:** Marketing Manager

**CTC:** Up to **10 LPA**

**Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners Preferred (Candidates serving a short notice period may also apply)

Exp:above 4yrs+.
Mandatory Requirements

* **Experience in the Iron & Steel Industry is Mandatory.**

* Strong network and business connections within the Iron & Steel industry.

* Experience in marketing steel products such as **MS Pipes, GI Pipes, Steel Tubes, Structural Steel, Sheets, and related products.**

* Proven experience in dealer/distributor development and key account management.

* Robust negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new markets and business opportunities for iron & steel products.

* Build and manage dealer, distributor, contractor, and industrial customer networks.

* Maintain relationships with builders, EPC contractors,



infrastructure companies, and industrial clients.

* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and monitor steel price trends.

* Promote company products through customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

* Support sales teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure timely order execution.

* Identify government tenders and large infrastructure project opportunities.

* Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand promotion activities.

* Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless order processing.

**Ideal Candidate**

* Strong understanding of the Iron & Steel market.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

* Ability to generate new business and manage key accounts effectively.
