Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily manpower deployment across operations.
- Operational KPI Management.
- Monitor day-to-day operational work and ensure smooth execution.
- Increase overall productivity through proper planning and execution.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, government officials, and employees.
- Handle work pressure and resolve operational challenges smartly.
- Ensure timely reporting and updates to management.
- Maintain proper records and data using MS Excel.
- Demonstrate strong time management and smart work skills.
- Be ready to conduct field visits whenever required to ensure compliance and smooth functioning.
Eligibility
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Management/Operations (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, multi-site operations of a large network of people & vehicles.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Smart, professional, and proactive personality.
