Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong expertise in Planning, Billing, Estimation, Cost Control, and Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

The ideal candidate should independently handle project quantity surveying activities from estimation to final billing, including planning, budgeting, subcontractor management, reconciliation, and coordination with project teams. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge in RCC high-rise structures, finishing works, and commercial management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quantity Surveying & Estimation
- Quantity take-off from IFC/Good for Construction drawings.
- Preparation and verification of BOQ for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.




- Estimation of quantities for RCC, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing items.
- Preparation of detailed quantity calculations based on drawings and specifications.
- Rate analysis for all construction activities and extra items.
- Preparation of comparative statements for material and subcontractor quotations.
- Cost analysis and quantity reconciliation.
- Checking and verification of subcontractor quantities.
- Preparation of material consumption statements.
- Monitoring wastage and implementing cost-saving measures.

2. Planning & Project Monitoring
- Preparation of project baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
- Development of detailed work programs and target schedules.
- Resource planning including manpower, material, machinery, and equipment.
- Preparation of look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly).
