Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to manage client relationships, generate business inquiries, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis.
- Handle inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Draft professional emails and business correspondence.
- Visit clients for meetings whenever required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client handling and business development.
- Familiarity with IndiaMART leads is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
