About the Role

The Program Coordinator (Technical Operations) will play a vital role in managing daily operational activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining program documentation, and supporting technical workflows. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, effective communication,



and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of training programs and operational activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and effective issue resolution.
- Manage client requirements, schedules, and operational deliverables.
- Generate and distribute bulk certificates for training programs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle bulk email communications for participants, trainers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports, trackers, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and manage professional documentation, reports, letters, and templates using Microsoft Word.
- Coordinate with trainers and technical teams to ensure smooth program execution.
