Job Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive
Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, hands-on experience with social media campaigns, and a passion for creating impactful digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all major platforms.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Design high-quality graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and engaging content.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube,
and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and lead generation through social media activities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Excellent graphic design skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Experience in creating social media creatives, reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Experience in running and optimizing social media campaigns.
